Project Deposits and Payments

All project deposits are non-refundable
Payment milestones are non-refundable once the associated deliverables have been provided
Final payments are non-refundable upon project completion

Project Cancellation

If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced:

Any payments made up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable
The client will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date
Any unused portion of prepaid hours or services will be forfeited

Subscription Policies

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time
No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
Services will continue until the end of the paid billing period
